Hardware, firmware, HMI and cloud for OEM equipment
Our capabilities cover the whole electronic control product, from the board to the phone app.
Hardware & PCB Engineering
We design microcontroller-based controllers for your application: power supply, sensor signal conditioning, digital and analog I/O, relays and communication interfaces. The board is designed for real installation in the equipment, for example behind the front panel with a membrane keypad or printed overlay.
OEM benefit: a dedicated board, without components and cost the equipment does not use.

Embedded Firmware & Process Control
We write the firmware that controls the process: sequences and phases, temperature regulation, probe-based cycles, timers, alarms and fault handling. The logic starts from how the equipment is used every day.
OEM benefit: the equipment behaviour stays under your control and can evolve.

HMI Development
We develop interfaces on LCD, LED, VFD and touchscreen displays: operating screens, configuration menus, parameters, diagnostics and process visualisation. The interface can carry the manufacturer’s visual identity.
Portrait or landscape interfaces can support process selection, operating status, temperatures, probes, alarms and equipment configuration.
OEM benefit: operators use the equipment correctly, with fewer service calls.

Industrial Communication
We integrate controllers into larger systems through RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces and converters to USB and Wi-Fi, for configuration, data readout and connection to monitoring platforms.
OEM benefit: your equipment communicates with your customers’ systems.

Cloud & Mobile Software
We develop web and iOS/Android applications for monitoring, alarms, reports and remote device configuration. Our platform, FoodSafe Cloud, is used to monitor refrigeration equipment.
OEM benefit: connected equipment without building your own software team.

Prototyping, Testing & Manufacturing
We build prototypes for validation on the equipment, then move to production with electronic testing and diagnostics for every series.
OEM benefit: one partner from the first board to series production.

Product Maintenance & Evolution
We support the product after launch: replacement of discontinued components, firmware updates, new variants and connectivity upgrades.
OEM benefit: the product remains deliverable and current over the long term.
