Privacynotice
How Bluesys collects and processes the personal data of website visitors, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018. This notice is provided under Article 13 GDPR.
This notice applies only to processing carried out through the bluesys.ro website. It does not cover Bluesys applications and services (for example FoodSafe Cloud), which have their own privacy policies.
Through the website, users can: browse published content; request quotes or technical information; request a FoodSafe Cloud demo; use other services Bluesys makes available.
Where processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), it can be withdrawn at any time as easily as it was given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Please provide only your own data, or data of others you are authorised to share. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ policies.

Website hosting and technical maintenance are provided by Coming soon, acting as processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files the site stores in your browser for operation, security, preferences or statistics. They can be technical, analytics (first- or third-party) or profiling cookies.
We use strictly necessary technical cookies (session, security, language). These do not require consent.

The site does not use profiling cookies.
Google Search Console
Coming soon The service shows the site’s visibility in Google Search and installs no cookies on visitors’ devices.
Data we process
Browsing data. IP address, resources requested, request time, server response code and browser/OS data. Used only for site operation and security; legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Quote and demo requests. Name, company, email, phone, customer type and message, sent voluntarily through forms. Used to answer the request; legal basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) or, where applicable, legitimate interest (f).
Place, method and retention
Data is processed electronically, with appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
Server logs are kept for at most —, unless needed to investigate unlawful acts.
Request data is kept for at most — from collection, unless a contract is concluded, the law requires retention, or the data is needed to defend a legal claim. They are then erased or anonymised.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing data is voluntary, except browsing data inherent to internet use. Missing required form fields may prevent us from responding.
- pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b));
- consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), where the law requires it;
- Bluesys’ legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): site security and answering requests.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).
Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with processors (Art. 28 GDPR) or other controllers, only for the purposes above.
Processing normally takes place in the European Economic Area. If a transfer outside the EEA becomes necessary, it follows Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, based on an adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right: to withdraw consent (Art. 7); of access (Art. 15); to rectification (Art. 16); to erasure (Art. 17); to restriction (Art. 18); to portability (Art. 20); to object (Art. 21); not to be subject to automated decisions (Art. 22).

You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), under Art. 77 GDPR.
Data security
Under Arts. 24, 25 and 32 GDPR, we have adopted technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risks, which also apply to authorised persons and processors acting on our behalf.
Social media
The site contains plain links to official Bluesys pages, with no plugins transmitting data before you visit them. Processing on those platforms is governed by their policies. Pages: Coming soon.
